• All donations to GHA are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

• Donors may indicate a preference for how their gift is used. GHA will make every reasonable effort to honor such preferences.

• In accordance with IRS guidelines, all donations are legally considered unrestricted gifts, meaning GHA retains full discretion and control to apply funds where they are most needed.

Transparency and Reporting

• Donors will receive prompt acknowledgment of gifts.

• Annual reports and impact updates are available to demonstrate how contributions are used.

• GHA complies with all IRS and state reporting requirements.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Donor information is never sold, rented, or exchanged.

• Records are kept confidential and used only for GHA’s purposes.

• Donors may choose to remain anonymous.

Communication Preferences

• Donors may decide how often and by what method they hear from us.

• All emails include an unsubscribe option.

Refund Policy

• Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. In cases of processing error, refunds may be issued upon request.
